Shipping
We use UPS normally, but size limits dictate truck freight for larger (>125W) modules. We can crate anything and we have a good record with shipping panels undamaged.
For truck freight, we need to know:
- if an address is commercial or residential
- if a lift-gate is needed
- if an address is especially remote.
Another option is a call-ahead service, and items may be held for pickup at the nearest terminal.

**For 4000 Series, free shipping on 18 batteries East of the Mississippi,
or 36 batteries in the Central Zone (West of the Mississippi), or 54 batteries West of the Rockies.
This discount is also prorated for quantities less than the minimums.
**For 5000 Series, free shipping on 2000 lbs East of the Mississippi,
4000 lbs West of the Mississippi, or 6000 lbs West of the Rockies. This discount is also prorated for quantities
less than the minimums.
POLICIES
All
items are new with full manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise
noted. CSE guarantees all items to be as advertised, subject to
typographic errors. Any item may be returned for a refund within
30 days. Returns require return authorization from CSE. Returns
may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
Any back-ordered items may be cancelled at any time before shipping
for full credit.
Colorado residents add 2.9% sales tax.
